  • Return & Exchange Policy

    We wish you are a very happy customer and enjoy the shopping experience here at However if it should happen any dissatisfaction in the process of purchasing, we will try our best to help you to settle the difficulty and give you a satisfying answer/resolution.

  • General Return Policy

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your item for exchange or a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Only the items caused in the following cases can be return for an exchange or refund:

    1. We shipped you the wrong item 2. We shipped you an item in the wrong color/size 3. We shipped you a defective item

    Please contact us as soon as possible if you received the problem items of your order. You are requested to submit the information such as your name, order number, photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received, so that we can check and settle this problem in time.

  • Return Process

    Contact us to request for a return. Please provide us with your name, order number and the reason you would like to return the item by email.

    We send you a “RAN” (returning authorized number). Please send back the item within 5 days after receiving the RAN. Order number & RAN will be requested to write on the package, or the package will be REFUSED and will NOT be refunded or exchanged.

    The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.

    Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and you will be issued the appropriate store credit in accordance with our policy within 3~5 wording days.
